Superior Suite - Room 12 / 13  The old colonial homestead is more than 150 years old and is restored to its historic spendour. 11 stylish suites open onto cool verandahs set in a lush indigenous garden with spectacular views over the Outeniqua-, Swartberg mountains and the Olifants Riverbed. Each suite is tastefully styled with warm colours, soft textures and a personal touch. Secure parking is found on site at the main house. All rooms have the following: Persian carpets, ceiling fan, TV, tea & coffee making facilities, minibar, air-conditioning (heating & cooling), hairdryer and towelling gowns. |
ATTRACTIONS - THINGS TO DO
Eco Farm tours by Tractor, horse riding, sun downer cruises on the Olifants River, self guided walks, birding, canoeing, fishing, biking, salt water pool as well as the meerkat adventures that are done on the reserve. Bookings essential.
Nearby we have the famous Cango Cabes, Ostrich farms, Cango Wildlife Ranch, Swartberg pass, museum and many more! 2 - 3 night stay recommended.

Weddings
The veranda of the old colonial style homestead of De Zeekoe offers an ideal setting for a wedding ceremony, complimented by overwhelming tranquillity and natural beauty. We specialize in small intimate weddings, comfortably seating 60 people. We can seat 120 people, 80 can be seated inside and if weather permits the rest outside on the veranda.We can assist in arranging a wedding photographer, beautician and minister if requested. The staff at Zeekoe will go the extra mile to assure a perfect start to a new chapter in your lives together, making it a treasured memory to look back on.
Conferences
De Zeekoe is a place to relax and feel inspired - an African farm and resereve on 2000 hectares. Here, away from it all, in a relaxed atmosphere with magnificent views of the Olifants River bed and Outeniqua Mountains, is an ideal place for business strategies and new developments to be brainstormed by you as leader and your team.Teambuilding programmes can be arranged to suit your individual requirements from drumming to chocolate and wine tasting. We can seat 36 people Board Room style, 60 school room style and 80 cinema style. A data projector, flip chart, screen as well as 24 hour internet service is available.
